Swimming week: Reflection

This week and last week some people have gone to swimming lessons, and we've been set tasks to do while they're gone. I have completed 5 of the set tasks, which are:

We've had 5 Spanish lessons, where we've learned about numbers, how to have a conversation, days of the week, months of the year, and colours. In my next post, I will be showing you what I've learned. Leave a comment and let me know what you've been doing for the last two weeks at school

Mind Reading: Using Maths


Hello, this is our trick to "mind-reading" using maths. It's pretty simple, and
fun to use on your friends. This is using something called binary numbers, myself

African Art and Culture

Hey, for inquiry this term we are going to be learning about culture and art. For the past couple of weeks, we've been learning about Japan and Inuits. Now we're learning about  African art and culture. Later on, we'll be making our own art in a specific style from one of the three places we've been learning about. Japanese art and culture

and art. For the past couple of days, we were with our home groups, now
we've moved on to the next group, where we've been learning about
Japanese art and culture. Next week we'll be learning about

Inuit - Inquiry


Hey, for inquiry this term we are going to be learning about culture
and art. For the past couple of days we've been with our home groups
learning about the cultures and what's it's like living where they do.
As you can see, I've been learning about Inuit, Canada's native people.
Here are some questions that we answered about them. Did you know that the

Algebra Evidence


Hello, at the end of last term we were working on something called linear equations, 
which is a part of algebra. We were working with patterns and predictions.
My favourite part of algebra is elementary algebra because you have to
work more with basic concepts.
